So the opening of the newly refurbished Brynhyrfyd Library has had to be delayed by a week due to the dreaded white stuff.
It's a shame as this is probably one of our biggest transformations yet - with £35,000 worth of new books really making a big difference to the stock and the building totally revamped inside and out.
Brynhyfryd will now open on Saturday 16th.

Speaking as a user of Brynhyfryd Library, I was delighted that this excellent branch has now been refurbished
The branch was always welcoming - you have very good librarians working there - but even more so now I think - it seems very light and airy ,with a good range of books, and I think you've done an excellent job there
In view of all the gloom and doom over public services,it is nice to see something positive.....
(Still don't like that blue colour you've got in the front though.....-D)
